Wake Night Support Worker

We are currently recruiting for a majorly influential Residential Care provider in your local area, the company are person centred in their approach to the care that they provide and are recognised as being market leading with the way that they support both their clients in the services and the staffing team.
They will offer progression, full training, consistent and reliable support as well as helping you towards your qualifications and growth in the company.
They pride themselves on promoting a person centred, creative support plan for people with a range of learning disabilities from mild to severe based upon their assessed needs within supported living environments and helping to promote their independence and positive outcomes.
This company is recognised by Suffolk County Council for it's Outstanding training program and resources used as part of their thorough induction process.
Alongside the general daily tasks and requirements, they will require their staff to assist in creating and planning activities for the Clients both inside the home and within the local community.

**Experience**:
- Residential Care: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)
