Role: Waking Night Support Worker

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting our residents to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities. You'll help them to develop life skills, complete their education, and thrive as they move into adulthood.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional care and support to our residents, helping them to engage in daily tasks and activities.
  • Work across various shift patterns, including late and weekend shifts, to ensure our residents receive the support they need.
  • Communicate effectively with our residents, considering their individual communication needs and helping them to communicate effectively with others.
  • Get involved in the community, supporting our residents during leisure and social activities, and celebrating special occasions.
