Job Title: Waking Night Support Worker

We're seeking a compassionate and caring Support Worker to join our team at Belstead Mews in Ipswich. As a Waking Night Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, helping them to engage in meaningful activities and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centred care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
  • Support residents to engage in leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Work across various shift patterns, including late and weekend shifts.
