**Supply Chain - Continuous Improvement Lead - Warwick**

Reporting to the Operations Planning Manager, you will be responsible for driving change to improve our service and efficiencies across Calor’s supply chain network, identifying new opportunities within across strategic, tactical and operational time horizons. You will be required to support various operational projects and improvements, ensuring that changes to our supply chain network are data-driven and all cost opportunities/risks are identified.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build a Supply Chain Optimisation model and agree clear KPIs with finance and other departments to allow for continuous updates.
- Support the Operations department by providing data, insight and proposals as part of wider operational projects.
- Create proposals and plans to allow us to mitigate short term supply interruptions.
- Continuously review performance against previous optimisation projects, deliver clear workable proposals ensuring planned efficiencies and costs savings are achieved.
- Responsible for ensuring that the Supply Chain model software is kept up to date and that they are trained and proficient in running the model and able to create new base lines and scenarios.
- Provide data updates and outputs to the relevant Project Steer Group, Operations Director, and other business stakeholders, communicating agreed reporting specifications.
- Support the property team as required when reviewing potential new sites/closures which are not necessarily part of a business proposal (e.g., a compulsory purchase).
- Support the Marketing & Sales team as required submitting tenders for both new and existing business to ensure correct distribution costs used.
- Liaise with and attend, when necessary, site locations to complete assigned work.
- Liaise with the provider of the Network Optimisation solution/software where necessary.

**We would like you to have**:

- Hold or working towards APIC CPIM.
- Experienced of Logistics, Llamsoft DG and SCG or equivalent network design software.
- Excellent computer literacy skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret large data sets.
- Ability to build relationships with a wider range of stakeholders.
- Self-awareness and ability to critically evaluate own work and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial statements.
- Self-motivated with the ability to use you own initiative.
