This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who is interested in making an impact. As the **Interim Head of Internal Communications**, you will be a vital part of the Communications team, whose role is to support the company’s growth, perception shifts, and employee engagement.

The objective of the role is to create and deliver effective communications to engage the global workforce. Always keeping the employees’ needs at the heart of the communications, you will lead internal communications that reflect the brand, values, andvibrant culture.

Ideally experience from the technology sector, experience of working with C suite to develop global communication strategies.

**What you will have done in the past**
- Demonstrated an ability to make a difference quickly
- Have shown an ability to identify Communications opportunities pro-actively
- Has been a self starter, able to navigate independently post initial entry
- Has excelled with quality of content and management of cadence and channel choice.
- Managed and driven C Level communications cross functionally
- Ideally operated in the tech space with either a consulting partner or vendor
- Understood the implications of Communications within a Publicly Listed company

**Key Responsibilities**

Working across departments and with stakeholders and executive leadership, you will:

- Identify opportunities for quick wins and deliver messaging as required
- Project manage and script the C Suite quarterly All-Hands meetings, ensuring key milestones and timelines are maintained.
- Complement writing efforts for the CEO Communications team.
- Partner with the Chief People Officer on employee engagement, including: drafting engaging copy for the employee surveys, playing an active role in employee engagement programs, producing content for global engagement initiatives and leaders’ briefingsetc.
- Originate or edit company-wide communications for executive leaders that drive awareness and adoption of organizational updates and initiatives.
- Review company policies as needed for clarity, inclusivity and tone of voice.

**About You**
- Strong experience in internal communications or PR
- Excellent copywriter - able to translate complex and technical information into simple, easy-to-understand language
- Change management and related communications experience
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Exhibits cultural awareness, discretion, professional maturity, and strong empathy to clearly address employee questions and concerns in company-wide communications
- Strong project management skills
- Collaborative teammate with a can-do attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); ability to work in geographically dispersed teams
- Good command of Microsoft Office suite
- Experience working in the tech/IT industry is desirable.
