Position: Transport Compliance Clerk
Location: West Yorkshire WF2 0XF
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Monday - Friday Day Shift

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Reporting and managing of transport and compliance within the depot
- Supporting the Transport Manager with a comprehensive reporting process using systems such as Key2, Microlise and Tachomaster
- Completing general admin tasks and data entry
- Arranging MOT's, servicing and other fleet upkeep and repair
- Ensuring that all vehicle records are accurately maintained and upcoming Service inspection plan is in place

- Previous experience within a similar role - Transport Clerk or Transport Compliance clerk ideally
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- IT literate - using various software such as Microlise and Tachomaster - competant using Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel and Teams
- A team player but also able to work alone using your own initiative
