**Overview**

A new exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic, and passionate Administrator to join the Linnaeus Group. They will be responsible for working closely with to 6 referral centres to support the Business Relationship Managers in the region with supporting to develop the CPD offered by playing a leading role in the organisation and logistics of the referral centre events.

**Main purpose & goals**
- ** THE ROLE REQUIRES YOU TO EFFECTIVELY WORK IN SUPPORTING UP TO 6 REFERRAL HOSPITALS. THE ROLE WILL HAVE A DIRECT LINE REPORT INTO THE LOCAL BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP MANAGER. YOU WILL BE ASSIGNED ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS FROM EACH BRM (BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP MANAGER) FROM EACH OF THE 6 REFERRAL HOSPITALS TO ENSURE THEIR FIELD TIME IS MAXIMISED.***:

- ** THE ROLE INCLUDE A LOT OF MULTITASKING AS YOU WILL BE WORKING CLOSELY WITH EACH OF THE SIX BRMS.***:

- ** YOU WILL TAKE LEAD IN THE RESEARCH OF PRIMARY CARE PRACTISES IN EACH AREA TO ENSURE THE BRM’S HAVE SITE LISTS PREPARED TO ARRANGE VISITS TO. THESE MAY BE PRIMARY CARE PRACTICES THAT DON’T CURRENTLY REFER TO OUR HOSPITAL OR THEY MAY ALREADY BE REFERRING CASES, BUT THE BRM’S HAVEN’T ESTABLISHED CONTACT WITH THE PRACTICE.***:

- ** YOU WILL SUPPORT THE BRM’S WITH CPD EVENTS/OPEN DAYS/CLIENT AWARENESS DAYS, TO DRIVE INCREASED ENGAGEMENT. THIS MAY INVOLVE SOME TRAVEL TO THE REFERRAL HOSPITALS.**

- **YOU WILL TAKE ON A WIDE AND VARIED RANGE OF ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS IN COLLABORATION WITH THE BRM’S, TO ENSURE THE BRM’S CAN FOCUS THEIR TIME ON GROWING NEW AND RETAINING CURRENT REFERRALS TO THEIR CENTRES AND MAKE THIS NEW ROLE YOUR OWN.**:
**Key responsibilities**
- Support the BRMs in ensuring Primary Care Vets are aware of the work of the Referral Centre such that the referrals to the centre increase in line with expectation.
- Develop a regular feedback process to understand what could be improved at the referral centre or what increased awareness is required to drive increased referrals. Support the distribution of the referral vet feedback survey to targeted practices. In collaboration with the BRM, reviewing the feedback and ensuring this is actioned.
- Ensure that the targeted referring vets are clear of all specialists and specialisms within the referral centre and any new specialists that arrive with the support of BRMs and Marketing Manager.
- Ensure that the practices are clear on all CPD provided and the details of this. Work with the Marketing Manager and BRM to ensure that there is enough CPD in the plan to reflect and showcase all the specialisms. Support all CPD activities liaising with onsite clinicians and venues where applicable for successful running of planned CPD.
- Ensure that all activity has clear objectives and can be measured to understand ROI, with the support of the site BRM.
- General administration tasks to support all 6 BRMs, which may include but is not limited to: Claiming expenses, supporting marketing to ensure marketing materials are changed/updated when needed, managing the delivery of complaints and general feedback for each hospital in a way that we can build strong relationships with the referring vets, booking accommodation for the BRM’s if needed.

Experience
- Good team work and relationship building

- Events planning experience would be desirable.
