Sasse UK is a total facilities management company specializing in the delivery of soft services to national clients across the UK. We are part of a larger German group (Dr. Sasse AG). We are recruiting a Creative Content and Bid Writer who is an essential part of the Business Development team, reporting to the Bid and Project Manager. The role will be responsible for producing high-quality, persuasive, and winning content for commercial bids, proposals, and tenders. You will need to thoroughly understand client requirements and ensure submissions are engaging, true to what the business can deliver and reflect both the client values and our own. The bids will be focused on the delivery of total facilities management services (TFM).

Main duties include:

- Provide high quality, persuasive bid writing for bids of various sizes, scale and complexity for the various departments within Sasse
- Produce technical and professional documents to support tender submissions.
- Prepare relevant responses to tender / PQQ / SQ questions with support from departments with specialist knowledge
- Manage and update the submission library
- Assist with bid management on tenders - understand progression, process and maintain records of progression in assistance to the Bid and Project Manager
- Support the tender and operational teams in compiling and attending client facing presentations
- Produce compelling digital content such as bid proposal documents & Sales materials with the support & experience from key stakeholders, ensuring content is written to enhance the Sasse values and USPs.
- Ensure all bids are unique and fit unique client expectations, criteria for success and reflect client corporate values
- Ensure consistency and transparency across the bid writing process
- Analyse and collate feedback from bids (both successful and unsuccessful), report on feedback to Bid and Project Manager and Commercial Director with suggestions to ensure continuous improvement

Role and Person Specification:

- A high standard of verbal and written English (ESOL Level 2 or GCSE A to C grade)
- Excellent attention to detail (essential)
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a deadline-driven environment (essential)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills (essential)
- Excellent communication skills (essential)
- Proficient MS Office skills Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (essential)
- Advance MS office Skills (preferable)
- Ideally skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Good time management and prioritisation skills
- Hybrid working (Office / Home Office)
- Flu vaccination

- Salary £32,500 per annum
