**Hours**:Monday-Friday, 37 hours per week

**Location**: Home-based/High Wycombe or Winsford

**Introduction**:
The market for delivering healthcare services is highly competitive. A key role in sustaining InHealth’s success in securing future contracts is that of the Bid Co-ordinator. The Bid Co-ordinator will oversee the management of bids and tender processes across InHealth. In doing so, the role will also be responsible for delivering incremental improvements to how InHealth manage the process of bidding for services, as well as identifying ways for InHealth to stand out from the competition in our bid submissions.

**What you will do**:
As InHealth’s Bid Co-ordinator you will manage a portfolio of bids. This will be achieved by forming a bid team with the relevant service / product / business knowledge required to prepare a winning bid, whilst taking ownership of the end-to-end bid process. Responsibilities include the review of current process and procedures, and introducing new ones to compliment or replace, to make the Bids team more efficient and effective in handling an increasing number of responses. The Bid Co-ordinator will be driven to constantly find incremental improvements to the InHealth tenders process and quality of submission.

**What you are responsible for**:

- Delivering an increase in the win bid ratio, focussing on wins within new service areas, as an important factor
- Leading ‘loss review’ meetings to ensure that InHealth learns from the feedback. This feedback will support the creation of a blueprint for future bid and tender responses, spanning the response writing, team formation and project management
- Taking accountability for the various procurement frameworks such as the NHS Supply Chain, NHS Shared Business Services, Arden & GEM, HTE, etc.
- Ensuring InHealth is well represented for the services we deliver
- Managing the Bid Tracker for InHealth
- Managing the procurement pipeline, and the compilation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual pipeline reports for group review
- Objectively assessing opportunities against InHealth’s 5-year strategy
- Assisting the Growth Team in providing expertise and experience to potential customers to shape prospective invitation to tender documents (ITTs).

- In the procurement frameworks within the NHS
- In winning multi-million pound products or complex service opportunities
- Of bid campaign management from opportunity identification through to project delivery; providing valuable input into opportunity qualification, win strategies, commercial discussions and solution delivery.
