**Position Overview**:
The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important roles in our dealership. Like us, you know that customer service isn’t just about providing a service - it’s about building warm, trusted relationships. The role acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding.

**Key Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, up selling additional products and follow-up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.

For this role, we are looking for you to have a previous customer facing service experience; this is essential for you to be considered. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst being organised and meeting KPI’s.

Previous experience within the role would be beneficial but is not essential. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of skilled professionals in a friendly, family-like atmosphere.
