With this in mind, we have an exciting opportunity for a Reward Advisor to join the Sunbelt People Team and support the Reward Manager with the delivery of the Reward strategy for Sunbelt Rentals.

This role would be suitable for someone currently working in a Reward role or as a People Advisor looking to move into a new specialism.

Key Responsibilities:

- To provide support to the Reward Manager and ultimately play a part in the delivery of the Reward strategy for Sunbelt Rentals
- Manage the annual Hall of Fame Awards - including shortlisting and organising the event alongside communications
- Support the Reward Manager with the annual pay review and other pay related projects
- Acting as first point of contact for job evaluations, taking and providing detailed information so that evaluations may be progressed
- Work with the recruitment team to update job descriptions and ensure the process for evaluating new roles is seamless for managers
- Support the Reward Manager in benchmarking pay for roles ensuring SBR remain competitive in the market
- Demonstrate positive behaviours supporting the unified culture within the business and department, ensuring professionalism at all times
- Demonstrate and promote the SBR Values at all times
- Share knowledge and contribute towards process improvement wherever possible Excellent standards of attendance and punctuality

**About You**:
The role requires an individual with working knowledge of Reward principles and experience of implementing various Reward mechanisms to ensure desired behaviours and finance outcomes.

Additionally, you will bring the following skills and attributes:

- Previous experience of job evaluation and pay benchmarking
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience of Workday is desirable
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong customer service experience, demonstrates a positive and courteous approach ensuring all internal customer queries are responded to quickly and efficiently
- Computer literate. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Planning and organisation skills
- Self-motivation and determination
- Continuous improvement ethic, embraces change and puts forward and acts on suggestions to improve processes and service level

The role offers hybrid working, with an Office location of Warrington, Cheshire. Nationwide travel will be required.
