**Polish speaking Customer Account Coordinator**
**Salary: circa £27,000 p.a. + Benefits**

** Hybrid Working Monday to Friday **

**Main duties**:
To be the point of contact for customers and maintain successful client relations.

**The Role**:

- To maintain long-lasting successful relations with customers to increase customer retention
- To address customer concerns and find solutions to increase satisfaction
- To work with internal departments and act as a liaison for the customer
- To make customer aware of product portfolio and identify opportunities for additional sales
- To monitor customer spending pattern and provide recommendations accordingly
- To contact dormant accounts and find solutions to encourage re-activation

**CANDIDATE'S PROFILE**
**- Fluent in Polish (written and spoken) - Essential**
- **Previous experience in customer service and/or account management - Essential**:

- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Patient and adaptable with excellent organisation
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- IT literate

**SALARY**
