**About the role and our team**

We are seeking a flexible and supportive Housekeeping Team Leader to join and manage the dedicated Housekeeping Services Team at Noble’s Hospital

Within this crucial role, you will manage the day to day running of housekeeping services at Noble’s Hospital. Supervising a team of housekeepers, you will be responsible for delivering a customer focused, high quality and efficient service.

Some of your duties will include:

- Working with three other Team Leaders, you will be responsible for the people management of the Housekeeping Team. This will include ensuring safe staffing levels so that the service needs are met and potential risks identified.
- Effectively planning and communicating with teams to deliver an efficient and effective housekeeping and scheduled cleaning services as part of the wider housekeeping service.
- Monitoring the required standards of cleanliness to consistently achieve targets, hospital policies, standard operating procedures and cleaning schedules.

We are looking for someone who can be adaptable to changing situations and will lead the Housekeeping team to thrive. You will be able to use your knowledge to share ideas, make positive changes and work as part of a committed team.
