An opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Clerical Officer, on a permanent basis based at University Hospital Wishaw within the EMD. The post holder will provide comprehensive Administrative and Clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the service.

Car driver would be desirable.

**Please note**: this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.

**KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO DO THE JOB**:

- Educated to standard grade level or experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good organisational and planning skills.
- Ability to prioritise work and work on own initiative whilst under pressure.
- Proficient I.T. skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Ensuring confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion are maintained at all times.
