**Quality/ Compliance Administrator,**
Mon-Friday 9-5_upto £30k
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitoring the expiry and validity of engineers’ and mechanics’ licences and authorisations.
- Management of Staff Documents current and new employees.
- Liaising with the Quality Manager, SMS Manager and Station Engineers to ensure requisite training is provided in a timely manner.
- Liaising with the Quality Manager and external organisations to ensure timely completion of Supplier Evaluations as required.
- Monitoring of the Part 145 Quality Audit timetables to ensure compliance.
- Assist the Quality Manager in developing the Maintenance Exposition Document.
- Work flexibly and develop positive working relationships with a broad range of people.
- To comply with all relevant client and aviation health and safety rules, procedures, and guidelines. To be fully aware of the health and safety responsibilities of this role.
- To always work in a professional manner and be a positive representative for the client Aviation Maintenance Limited.
- To take control and update Quality IT, SharePoint and Cloud documents.
- Issue and monitor Quality Notices.
- Organise meetings, Travel and Hotels as required.

**Salary**: £24,900.00-£25,000.00 per year
