Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls
- Use internal booking system
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing documents and reports
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Cover the bar area in the morning

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
