We are currently searching for an Outbound B2B telesales person based in Blackburn. Unique Exhibitions provide modular and bespoke exhibition stands throughout the UK and Europe.

Unique Exhibitions are looking to expand their telesales team with ambitious, money driven and professional sales people.

Outbound Telesales Experience? Great at identifying customer needs? Come and join the friendly team at Unique Exhibitions on their Outbound B2B Telesales team. We want that special someone who loves telesales, and who has a successful track record in a sales role with business customers.

If you are a confident communicator who is proactive and really enjoys sales, and are great at listening to customers to understand and identify their needs, please read on and apply.

You will be passionate about promoting the business while at the same time offering an excellent level of service which results in repeat business.

In order to be successful in this role, you should have the ability to think on your feet, to retain pricing, product and services information, and to be able to use multiple systems while on the phone in order to find the information you need.

- Do you have previous inbound/outbound B2B telephone based sales experience and a successful track record in achieving objectives and KPI’s?
- Are you comfortable speaking to higher management within all types or businesses
- Are you self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work under pressure and deliver excellent service even with challenging opportunities?

KEY TASKS
- Outbound B2B cold sales calls and taking a brief for clients requirements.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of portfolio of products and services in order to understand customers’ needs.
- Undertake outbound sales calls proactively contact customers and identify their business needs in relation to Unique Exhibitions products and services.
- Proactively look for opportunities to up sell products and services to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue.
- Report regularly on all activities relating to the role.
- Account management - relationship building and maximising profit out of those accounts
- Building long lasting relationships with clients through the sales process
- Ensure customers are maximising their usage of the products after the sale is completed
- Ensure correct use of internal CRM systems to follow the sales process.
- Ensure all leads are followed up promptly and quoted accurately.
- Complete accurate order form at point of sale
- Undertake any other duties as required.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Loyalty bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Blackburn: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
