The role

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle export quotes and issue pro-forma invoices for customers.
- Collaborate with freight and logistics companies to arrange shipments, including obtaining quotes from suppliers.
- Pay close attention to accuracy and detail in processing purchase orders, account information, and pricing.
- Collaborate with procurement to order stock for export customers efficiently.
- Provide precise delivery instructions to the warehouse, facilitating on-time shipments.
- Process export orders through various channels, including Amazon, with utmost efficiency.
- Pass potential sales opportunities generated through export enquiries to the sales teams.
- Work closely with customers to understand their export product needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Adapt and thrive in a fast-paced office environment, coordinating with multiple departments and meeting deadlines.
- Proactively resolve any issues related to export orders and shipping.
- Utilize MS Office and any relevant software to streamline export sales support processes.
- Familiarity with Sage 50 or similar software is advantageous.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM system is a plus.
- Utilize VLOOKUPs and other advanced Excel functions to perform data matching and retrieval tasks for order processing efficiently.
- Essential experience in dealing with export orders and documentation.
