Job Title: Export Contract Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead and deliver a portfolio of UK export contracts. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of contract management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead contract and commercial interactions with international customers, ensuring good customer relationships and satisfaction.
  • Manage communications with MBDA and external partners, anticipating and resolving issues to fulfill contractual commitments.
  • Ensure MBDA's business interests are safeguarded through timely export contract schedule adherence and robust risk mitigation.
  • Support Sales & Business Development in acquiring new business.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in contract management, with a strong track record of leading contract delivery in both bid and execution phases.
  • High degree of self-motivation and drive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with an open, confident, and clear leadership style.
  • Experience in people management and leading internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Prepared for international travel and open to embracing different cultures.
