Anson McCade is seeking a seasoned export control professional to lead our UK Export Control team. As the Head of Export Control, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with UK, European, and US export control regulations. Your expertise will drive the strategic vision of export control within our UK branch, overseeing a team of export control specialists. Key responsibilities include:

* Developing and implementing export control strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth while maintaining regulatory adherence
* Providing guidance and support to team members on export control regulations and procedures

Requirements:

* Significant experience in export control and compliance
* Strong leadership and influencing management skills
* In-depth knowledge of export licensing, internal audits, and ECJU regulations

We offer a competitive salary of circa £75,000, depending on experience, and a bonus structure. Our hybrid working model allows for 2-3 days on-site per week. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for export control, we encourage you to apply.
