Vehicle Sales Administrator

EVM UK is a leading luxury minibus, coach manufacturer and retailer based in Southwater, West Sussex. We are looking to recruit a Sales and Accounts administrator to join our team.

This role would suit an adaptable, organised individual who is computer literate and has a keen eye for detail. Automotive experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

Your role will include, although not be limited to:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collating sales orders from the sales team and creating a deal file for each vehicle.
- Adding new orders to the virtual sales board and moving the vehicle along the sales process.
- Adding new and used vehicles to the Dealer Management System
- Ensuring all documentation from the sales team is correctly received into the files and checking it is signed correctly.
- Raising vehicle work requests for the workshop and subcontractors
- Raising vehicle and office purchase orders
- Bringing new and used vehicles into stock and notifying the FC of any vehicle payments required.
- Booking PDI and Tacho appointments with vehicle main dealers
- Issue sales invoices to customers
- Liaise with customers and aftersales to organise deliveries.
- Creating handover packs for delivery.
- Submitting VTP788 forms after delivery
- Organising vehicle registrations with main dealers
- Processing all purchase ledger invoices on the dealer management system
- Processing of the bank statement daily
- Answering the telephone
- Archiving vehicle files on to the Dealer Management System.

**Knowledge and Experience required**:

- Highly organised individual who is computer literate
- High level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Flexible, enthusiastic individual
- Pinnacle experience would be beneficial.

**Hours**: Monday
- Friday 8am to 5pm

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
