**We're looking for a Project Delivery Lead to help us deliver great projects and further develop our project management team.**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The **Project Delivery Lead** will play an important role in helping Versantus deliver mind-blowing projects, time after time for our awesome clients. **This role will be split between client work and improving our agile delivery management approach across the business.**

With the support of the senior leadership team, you'll be helping to define, implement, monitor and improve our standardised approach to digital project management. You’ll be managing, coaching, and mentoring your team across a broad portfolio of exciting and challenging client projects and support services.

You will have a proven ability in leading and developing teams within a digital agency or similar fast paced business. As an experienced Project Manager yourself, you’ll have a track record of delivering successful software and web development projects for clients.

**Your responsibilities will be to**
- **Develop and implement processes and tools**, and support your teams to give our clients a best in class service and to embed a high quality, results-driven and (SLT) scalable delivery mindset. You'll have the support of the Senior Leadership Team, and work in tandem with other our development team leaders.
- **Manage our overall delivery budget and scheduling of team time**, ensuring that the team is fully allocated, effectively utilised, and able to do their best work.
- **Ensure that project success parameters are clear, well communicated, and regularly monitored**. Work with your project management and support teams to identify risks early, and mitigate them proactively within the team.
- **Track progress across a range of KPIs **and always be on the lookout for opportunities to improve the why, what and how we do our work.
- **Communicate with stakeholders including your team members, clients, and the senior leadership team** to keep everyone appropriately informed about projects, team availability, and profitability.
- **Act as an expert guide and mentor to others**, ensuring that they have the skills they need and supporting them with an individual personal development plan and training, and supporting our recruitment processes.
- **Supporting our new business team** by helping with scoping of work, writing proposals, and pitch meetings.
- **As a hands-on project manager**, you will manage your own team of technical experts to successfully deliver digital products and services to our clients.

**What are we looking for?**

- An agile project manager with a track record of successfully delivering projects varying in size from £50k - £500k in a digital agency or similar environment, an experience of a range of project management tools and techniques, and the ability to coach others in their use.
- A capable communicator, coordinator, and leader. You'll be responsible for identifying and implementing changes at Versantus, and ensuring that the team are confident and successful in their work.
- A love of working directly with clients and developers to solve challenging problems with great design, innovative technology, and to provide demonstrably valuable results. An ability to listen, understand, question, challenge and negotiate are key.
- Experience of extracting and documenting technical and non-technical project requirements from customers and internal teams.
- You’ll be adaptable and resilient With the ability to jump in where ever required.
