We’re looking to hire a talented, self-motivated individual with a strong eye for detail, competent commercial awareness and who thrives within the digital retail world. Working alongside the existing eCommerce Team, this role provides an excellent challenging opportunity to work within the world of eCommerce at a friendly, family-owned business that continues to grow year-on-year.

You'll be given a full induction into the company which includes comprehensive training on our internal systems to bring you up to speed, as well as bespoke training within the fast-paced and highly technical hand and power tool industry. Online marketplace training will also be supplied to ensure you’re confident in delivering positive results within your role. You’ll be working in a relaxed office-based environment, at a comfortable speed but must be able to multi-task effectively. You will have a multi-screen workstation and a large personal desk area that is situated in the eCommerce office whereby you will be working within a small team who directly reports to the eCommerce Manager and company Directors.

Occasionally, you may be asked to help with other tasks outside of this role as required; booking goods in, stock checking, picking/packing/shipping orders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analysing online marketplaces to set appropriate selling prices and maintain high margins throughout
- Working efficiently through the in-house eCommerce workflow to keep projects on-course for completion
- Thorough product and brand research to seek new product sales opportunities
- Working as part of the eCommerce Team to deliver daily, weekly, and monthly results collectively

**Essential Attributes**:

- Previous use of eBay and Amazon sales channels in a business capacity
- Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office; particularly Excel
- Excellent numeracy skillset
- Excellent product copywriting ability
- Excellent level of self-motivation and the ability to work as an individual
- Excellent time-keeping properties
- Able to work as part of a team
- Able to work under pressure and repeatedly meet tight deadlines
- Go above and beyond in their line of work to reach the overall company goal

**Desirable Attributes**:

- 1+ year of experience working within eBay and Amazon
- Previous use or knowledge of a Magento 2 platform
- Previous use or knowledge of ManoMano
- Previous use or knowledge of Amazon FBA
- Previous use or knowledge of Orderwise management system
- Experience using photo editing programmes; Photoshop, GIMP, etc
- Experience working within a digital marketing role
- A background in buying products from suppliers
- A background in stock management and order processing roles
- Interest in hand and power tools, hardware, fixings, and plumbing

**Hours and Salary**:

- This is a full-time and permanent position
- Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
- Competitive salary based on experience and applicable skillset
- £23,000 to £30,000 per year

**Additional Pay**:
