**The role**

As a Support Worker, you will provide direct key work and tenancy support to service users within our accommodation services. Within the role you will be allocated a caseload where you will be expected to work with service users who have complex needs; for example, homelessness, drug and alcohol misuse issues, mental and/or physical health needs, offending behaviour, etc.

Our aim is to empower service users whilst actively engaging them individually and within the community, helping them to support each other, to develop resilience, to live independently and to be an asset to the community. You will be required to work on a rota basis.

**The right fit**
- Demonstrable support worker experience, working with service users who have been homeless and/or have complex needs including, mental health, substance misuse and domestic abuse etc.
- You will be able to assess service user’s needs, and plan and deliver effective, stimulating, and dynamic support.
- You will also have solid demonstratable organisational skills, with experience in timekeeping, planning your workload, and managing workloads effectively.
- Please note an enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
