**HR Manager Position Overview**

The role is responsible for creating and delivering an employee engagement and change management program across the site, guiding and coaching the managers to make effective people decisions.

You will be advising and supporting on employee relations and best practice, as well as ad-hoc projects such as TUPES, restructures etc. There is also a strong focus around capability development, retention and succession across the site.

**HR Manager Position Requirements**
- Significant experience in a HR Manager role, ideally within a logistics, retail or manufacturing environment
- People management experience
- Experience dealing with complex ER issues
- Ideally have some experience of working within a unionised environment
- Ability to develop HR strategies and deliver change
- CIPD qualification is desirable

**HR Manager Position Remuneration**
- Salary DOE circa £50k
- 37.5 hours a week
- Pension - Auto enrolment scheme
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rota)
