Coordinate with trainers, mentors, and supervisors to ensure apprentices receive appropriate on-the-job training, mentorship, access to learning resources and other academic and professional qualifications. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records and documentation related to apprenticeship programs. Work with HR and line managers to assess the performance of apprentices periodically and conduct evaluations to track their progress and identify areas where additional support may be required. Provide constructive feedback, set performance goals, and help apprentices develop their skills.
* Proven work experience in the Training / Staff Development arena
* Track record in designing and executing successful apprentice-based training programs
* Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
* Strong writing and record keeping ability
