**Property Services Manager - Nottinghamshire - £45,000**

Karter Thomas is a specialist Social Housing Recruitment Consultancy that operates throughout the country.

We are currently working with a Midlands based housing association who are seeking a Property Services Manager to join their team.

Duties will include:

- To lead and manage the Asset Management team including technical, administrative and Customer Support staff as well as the DTO team
- To ensure the team are appropriately managed, developed, supported, trained and briefed accordingly so that work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner, alongside identifying and addressing any personal development needs in accordance with the valuesand ethos of the organisation
- To ensure the pre-inspection and post-inspection of works in line with the association’s policy, these works being planned works and reactive repairs over a certain value as well as general random sample of all repairs
- To oversee the delivery of all areas of health & safety compliance including the gas maintenance and servicing contract to ensure compliance. This includes arranging periodic external, independent, verifiable quality assurance audit inspection of a randomsample of all key health and safety compliance related work
- To provide information on asset management performance for management information purposes and to prepare periodic reports for Board / Committee including attendance to Board or any Committee meetings to present reports when required
