Responsibilities:

- Typing of tenancy agreements and all relevant legal documents
- Assisting with booking in gas safes and property inspections
- Carrying out property viewings for sales and lettings
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships and consistently provide exceptional service
- Have a polite and confident telephone manner to communicate property details effectively
- Carrying out ingoing inventories, final inspections, and property inspections
- Administrative experience 1 year
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Be able to work effectively within a small team
- Display high standards of service and presentation
- Have good organisational skills
- Have a full clean driving licence (own car preferred but not essential)

Applicants that fulfil all of the above but do not necessarily have experience in an estate agents may still be considered.

Hours:
Dependent on your circumstances we can offer part time or full time hours during our normal office hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm - you will be required to have an out of hours mobile for emergencies only.

Smart and professional
