**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:

- We are a group of male & female co-tenants living in a 6 bedroom bungalow in Marple.We have different support needs and all have a diagnosis of a learning disability.We require support to get around as our mobility is limited.Our communication needs vary and we need our support team to be our voice.
- We want people around us who treat us with respect and dignity and appreciate our differences.
- We like to be active and would like a staff team to be always thinking of new and exciting things for us to do
- Our home is a 6 bedroom bungalow in Marple
- There is a large mature private garden with trees for shade and places to sit and move around; just fantastic to use in the summer.
- There is shared communal lounge and kitchen facilities where we can eat together and have visitors.
- There is always at least 2 colleagues on shift.
- At night time we are supported by a waking night staff and a staff who sleeps in.
