**The role in a nutshell**:
The Implementation Consultant plays a key role within Safeguard Global. Holding responsibility for excellence in **Global Payroll Implementation **and **customer service**, whilst on time and on
- budget. The role is to **transition clients payrolls** to Safeguard Global accurately and within agreed timescales.

**How you will make a difference**:

- Implementation of UK payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timely take-ons
- Liaising as required with Safeguard Globals Implementation Teams to ensure on time on budget transitions
- Managing the transition process from start to finish for clients
- Liaising with software partners to support quality and accuracy of projects where required
- Configuration of payroll system on a client by client basis
- Develop processes and procedures for the business in accordance with customer and business requirements supporting continuous improvement
- High quality handover of a fully implemented payroll to the Operations team
- Ability to exceed or achieve growth targets
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities where agreed

**What will give you an advantage**:

- Experience in UK Payroll
- Exposure to and understanding of the operation of HR / Payroll systems (e,g, SAP, Peoplesoft)
- Able to demonstrate a mature understanding and flexible approach to the sales and service delivery environments of the commercial operation on the business
- Understanding of ISO / SOX compliance
- Ability to work effectively on a solo basis and also within a team environment
- Strong client management/ relationship building skills
- Organised and methodical approach to work
- Experienced at managing multiple projects
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels
