General Teaching assistants required in Nuneaton on a part or full time basis starting in September
**Your new company**
You will be working for Hays Education as a general teaching assistant across Nuneaton with many different schools who we work with exclusively. You will be working on a temporary basis starting in the new academic year on a permanent or temporary basis. Thiswill be starting in September, and you will have the choice of working on a part time or full-time basis depending on your availability.
**Your new role**
As a Teaching assistant you will be required to work alongside the classroom teacher assisting and supporting them with delivering the lesson. You may be asked to set up the classroom before hand so you will be committed to your role. You will be supportingchildren aged between 5-11 depending on your preference and past experience. You will also be required to conduct small group and 1-1 sessions when required or told by the teacher. This may be regarding the child or group needing more assistance in learning.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be a successful Teaching assistant you will be required to have at least 40 days of experience teaching in the classroom environment or children. You must be committed to the role as well as being determined to help teach the children and allow them to flourish.You must have a good understanding of the primary school curriculum ebbing able to help teach them effectively and according to the school policy.
