Job Overview

M Group Services Ltd T/A M Group Telecoms Division is a leading provider of telecoms services, and we are currently seeking an experienced NMC Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our strategic network and ensuring seamless service handovers.

About the Job
The NMC Engineer will be responsible for:
1. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our telecoms network
2. Maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal/external stakeholders
3. Communicating effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth service delivery
