Reporting into the Scheduling Manager, the **Scheduling Coordinator** will be the main point of contact between bott and third-party subcontractors. Using the operations schedule, the Subcontractor Coordinator will ensure that the correct resource is deployed to achieve the timescales set by the Scheduling Team and the customer

Duties will include;
- Extract requirements from the operations schedule and coordinate all third-party sub-contractors, for onsite installations, scheduling in advance and ensuring installations are delivered to plan. Managing relevant H&S documentation and inductions for contractors.
- Create, communicate, and take ownership of build plans and logístical processes.
- Working closely with both internal and external supply chain stakeholders to secure necessary items, labour, and lead times.
- Highlight any blockages or challenges the teams may have to adapt to, giving all parties time to prepare.
- Obtain, record, and communicate relevant information to the customer or external supply chain.
- Proactively advise shortfalls and provide solutions before they impact the invoiced outputs, build plans, or affect customers.
- Attend on-site and occasional off-site supply chain meetings.
- Collaborate with the fulfilment and SAP teams to meet customer requirements on supply-only orders.
- Providing coverage within the scheduling team and performing additional administrative duties as needed to support the business requirements.

The essential qualities of the **Scheduling Coordinator** include:

- Outstanding communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, leasing and delivery companies, as well as internal departments.

The hours of work are 37 hours per week Monday to Friday (1/2 day on a Friday).

Salary - £24,000 - £26,000 plus profit share.
