The Operations Coordinator will work with our friendly Plantforce Attachments team, based at our Bridgwater depot.

Plantforce Attachments is an industry leader in hiring industry specific Attachments for plant. The Operations Coordinator will manage our customer requests for hires. Using the hire system and liaising with various functions, they will coordinate the ‘on hire and off hire’ process from customer request through to invoicing.

This is a varied job that requires great customer service and the ability to work on your own initiative. As it is a busy environment, you will need to be experienced in working in hire control and work well under pressure.

**The role includes**:

- Arranging the hire contracts for equipment for bookings.
- Coordinate and liaise with Customers, Transport, Sales and the Workshop.
- Monitoring and organising contracts and invoicing.
- Working with customers to develop relationships
- Checking availability of equipment and ensuring that details are accurate and up to date.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in plant hire
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, with a confident telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure
- Enthusiastic and friendly, with a positive attitude.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft package.
- Experience of the Syrinx system is desirable but not essential.
- Time management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£28,500.00 per year
