**Job Title: Domiciliary Care Coordinator**

With three years of successful operation, we have been delivering approximately 900 hours of care per week to individuals in our community. Our commitment lies in delivering compassionate and high-quality care that enables our clients to maintain their independence and dignity within their own homes.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Domiciliary Care Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our service. As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our domiciliary care service, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our clients. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a genuine passion for providing person-centered care.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Client Assessment and Care Planning**: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' care needs and preferences. Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

2. **Staff Management**: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of care staff. Allocate care visits efficiently, ensuring continuity of care and adherence to care plans. Provide ongoing support, guidance, and supervision to care staff.

3. **Service Delivery**: Oversee the delivery of domiciliary care services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Monitor the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as necessary to meet changing needs.

4. **Client Relations**: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families. Address any concerns or complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.

5. **Business Development**: Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of our domiciliary care service. Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and increase service hours.

6. **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures governing domiciliary care services. Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain compliance and quality assurance.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the domiciliary care sector.
- Strong understanding of care planning, risk assessment, and safeguarding procedures.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, care staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in domiciliary care.
- Proficiency in IT systems and software used for care management and scheduling.

**Salary**: From £26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

- supervisory: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
- NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred)
