Living Well Consortium is recruiting for a Clinical and Referrals Administrator to join our clinical team. The post holder will monitor all service referrals and assess risk to ensure that allocations for clients are swift and efficient. They will also carry out some clinical administration.

**Overall purpose of the role**

The post holder will monitor all service referrals. They will assess risk to ensure allocations for high-risk clients are swift and efficient. Additionally, the post holder will support the Clinical team with administration.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Monitor all service referrals for risk and flag these according to the correct procedures and processes.
- Conduct phone calls with GPs, clients, and stakeholders where necessary.
- Ensure that all referrals are fully completed with all necessary information submitted.
- Follow all risk and safeguarding procedures and policies.
- Maintain data entry requirements by following data programme techniques and procedures.
- Attend and contribute to meetings as required by the organisation.
- Take minutes for internal and external clinical meetings.
- Follow up on key actions agreed in meetings.
- Support the clinical team with administration.
- Work within the organisations policies and procedures.
- Undertake such other duties commensurate with the role.
- Understand and work within the ethos, aims and objectives of LWC.

**Person Specification and experience**
- A relevant degree or clinical qualification such as a psychology degree.
- Positive, energetic and solution focused approach to work.
- High level of integrity and understanding of confidentiality and discretion.
- Experience of using data systems such as IAPTUS.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management and workload management.
- Exceptional levels of integrity and professional judgement.
- Empathy with the aims and values of the organisation.
- Commitment to continuous improvement including own professional development.
- Willingness to be flexible and dynamic as organisation needs change.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 - 37.5 per week

**Salary**: £23,794.69 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Birmingham
