Job Referrals Administrative role

Experience

To have suitable experience within a health social care setting or have a good understanding of the sector including working within children's or adults social services / care background.

Understanding of CQC or Ofsted regulator/s would be desirable.

- To receive and respond to referrals coming in from social services in a precise and efficient manner.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Manage and maintain office and accommodations supplies and equipment inventory
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, using computer software
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records and complete auditing duties as and when required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent data entry skills with accuracy and speed

This is a vital role that requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, good computer and literacy skills.
