Are you a detail-orientated individual with a passion for accountancy/administration? We are looking for a part-time bookkeeper/administrator to play a pivotal role in our evolving team. In this office-based position, you will support various senior staff, ensuring seamless administrative operations. The diverse nature of what we do means no two days are the same.

During this job role, a large part of the role will be to fully implement the use of Sage Accounting Software for the business, so experience working with this accounting software package is vital. Initially the role will be offered on a temporary part-time basis, approximately 8-10 hours per week (days/times are flexible - to be discussed) with the opportunity to have more hours is a realistic progression.

We are a small but supportive team based in Redditch. As a growing business we are always on the lookout for talented friendly people to join our expanding team.
- **Responsibilities will include**:_
- Implement the use of Sage Accounting Software (supporting VAT tax returns).
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Assist with ordering office supplies, IT equipment etc.
- Support the Management team with various administrative tasks.
- Handle customer enquiries/queries professionally.
- Coordinate with other members of staff for smooth data processing and delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Produce reports and recommend improvement actions to senior management.
- Support the Marketing plans as and when needed.
- Other ad hoc administrative tasks when needed to cover.
- **Requirements**:_
- Previous experience in administration or similar role (essential)
- Experience using Sage Accounting Software (essential)
- Strong organisational, administrative, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, follow processes, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
