We are no. 2 worldwide in offshore wind farms and a strong tailwind for the energy transition. As part of our international HR team you have the opportunity to actively support our growth ambitions by supporting a variety of operational HR topics and projects for 6 months:
**Your future plans**
- Supporting in HR related projects and administrative tasks associated
- Organising and creating content for upskilling sessions
- Supporting the absence process and occupational health proceedings
- Support with the process around: Investigation of managers and hearing processes
- Processing requests around the organizational structure (Position IDs)
- Updating the HR Portal with relevant HR information

**Your profile**
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme
- Ideally you have gained first experience working in the areas of HR (e.g., as an intern or working student)
- You are characterised by a structured and independent way of working and bring a high degree of reliability and commitment
- You enjoy working in a team with an open feedback culture and want to develop yourself personally and professionally
- You have advanced MS-Office skills
