As a Patient Administrator at our Ipswich Hospital, you’re able to manage, and interpret data and have excellent attention to detail.
**As an Patient Administrator within our Pre-Op Department, you will**:
- Handle enquiries
- To liaise with GP practices for patient information
- Deal with enquiries from patients, Consultants, and Secretaries
- Arrange a variety of Pre-Operative appointments
- Put your strong IT and keyboard skills to work
- Maintain databases
- Updating patient information and Clinics
- Prep of patient notes to ensure clinical staff have what is required for appointments
