**As a Holiday Activity Staff Supervisor what does the role entail**:
**Your day will consist of **
- To Supervise and run children’s activity sessions
- To coordinate rotas and staffing
- Set activity sessions and programme
- Complete all necessary administrative duties
- To liaise with parents as required

You will be supported by the activity manager to deliver the above requirements

**This job is for you, if**
- You have qualifications in one of the following: Childcare Level 2, Sports Coaching, Paediatric First Aid - Desirable - not essential
- You have experience of delivering activities or group work sessions to children/young people.
- You have good communication skills both written and verbal.
- You have a calm personable nature and find appropriate resolutions when handling conflict.
- You are a resilient and confident team worker who can work on their own initiative or work as part of a team.
- You are a friendly, enthusiastic, hardworking individual.
- You enjoy working as part of a small staff team.
- You understand the need for confidentiality with a professional and caring approach to work.

Successful applicants will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
