**Helpdesk Administrator** - Permanent role - Cambridge

£26,000 - £28,000 per annum - plus 25 days holiday and company pension scheme

08.30-5pm - Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
- Office administration experience
- Confident telephone manner
- Experience in raising purchase order numbers
- Scheduling and diary management experience
- Data entry experience
- Very good customer liasion experience
- Cambridge

**Main Duties will include**:

- Scheduling in maintenance jobs to carried out by subcontractors and maintenance staff
- Taking incoming calls from the on site client
- Raising purchase order numbers
- Adding maintenance requests to internal IT system
- Arranging site passes for subcontractors
- General office administration duties

£26,000 - £28,000 pa
