**The Role**:
Brook Street are proud to be working in partnership with the Insolvency Service, based in Edinburgh. We are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors who will work as part of the administrative corporate support operational delivery services to support internal and external customers who may contact the service with any issues or queries. This is an excellent opportunity to work within the Public Sector and provide an essential service to the Valuation Office Agency and critical partners.

**Assignment: 3 - 6 months +**
**Rate of Pay: £10.57 per hour**

**Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday
- Friday, 9-5**
**Location: Edinburgh - Queen Elizabeth House**
**Working arrangements: Hybrid after training is completed (50% working at home)**

You will build good working relationships both internally (with your team and peers) and externally across the Insolvency Service. You will gain an understanding of your customer's needs and support them in resolving these.

- Dealing with the customers daily and focusing on ensuring that they are content and understand our processes.
- Providing clear information and advice to customers whilst ensuring that they provide all necessary information.
- Providing assistance, including explaining procedures or policies, giving reasons for enquiries and justifying decisions.
- Customer focused and have strong customer service skills.
- Flexible and dedicated.
- Good at communicating with different people and listening.
- Have good keyboard skills.
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Sharepoint
- Must be able to pass a BASIC DBS check*
