We are looking for a **HR Data Analyst** to work in our offices in **Milton Keynes** to work closely across our HR teams to produce effective data information, the focus of the role will be to develop and continually improve Management Information reports and analytics to the business. You will proactively build, developand deliver HR Management Information, analytics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the Connells Group business.With the focus on streamlining processes through functionality in the HR System. To provide excellence in HR reporting for internal andexternal stakeholders and people analytics; in line with HR strategy, corporate governance and business management requirements.
**Key responsibilities as HR Data Analyst include**:

- Produce and interpret timely and meaningful HR management/KPI reports, highlighting trends and promoting proactive people management activities.
- Develop and implement systematic and easily accessible people analytics methods, enabling and encouraging employee and management self-service wherever possible.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality and develop and implement process changes to ensure continuous improvement
- To support the HR team, as an expert in analytical tools and techniques, in the development and delivery of more complex and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
- You will assist in the management and enhancement of HR Data by carrying out Administration activities including; testing, data cleansing, configuration and managing user access, whilst ensuring compliance with GDPR legislation.
- Continually improve HRMI processes, managing governance and risk controls to function efficiently and effectively.

**Key skills and experience of a HR Data Analyst**:

- Advanced Excel skills (including If statements, Index and match, Sum product, Array Formulas) and an experienced user of Word and Powerpoint
- HRIS Systems reporting experience with demonstrable experience of extracting data (Resourcelink (Zellis) experience would be an advantage)
- Experience with Jasper or PowerBI reporting tools
- Ability to extract complex data from a number of sources and analyse to produce meaningful insight and conclusions, with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrable ability and experience in analysing and interpreting employee data/ management information and producing clear and concise reports/insight and recommendations for a wide audience.
- Demonstrable success of building good relationships with stakeholders across the business and externally.
- Demonstrable experience of the development of innovative approaches to complex problems.
- Experience in developing, mapping, analysing, redesigning and implementing continuous process improvements.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present clear, well-structured reports.
