HR Administrator - Projects
3 Month Fixed Term Contract
The focus of the role will be to support the ongoing HR Systems projects
**Job Purpose**
To support the HR Systems and MI function with projects. To ensure there is a focus on data integrity in the Connells Group HR Systems. To provide excellence in HR processes and HR data capture for stakeholders
**Responsibilities of a HR Administrator**:

- Assist in the management and enhancement of HR Data by carrying out Administration activities including; testing, data cleansing
- Having a keen eye for detail, particularly in relation to inputting data
- Taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to resolution

**Experience required to be a successful HR Administrator**:

- Strong IT skills, including working with a HR system and excellent MS office skills.
- Accurate and confident in the use of data.
- Able to communicate confidentially and appropriately with people at all levels including face to face.
- Personal organisation skills necessary to manage a range of conflicting demands and meet deadlines.
- Flexible and willing to take on new challenges, including new ways of working.
