Job Description: Security Officer

**Duties**:

- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of the facility
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to detect any suspicious activity or breaches
- Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies, including but not limited to theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and clients with any security-related concerns or inquiries
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Security Officer or in a similar role
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and practices
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Strong observation and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
