We specialise in selling action figures, books, comics, graphic novels, manga and toys and we offer all the best merchandise from the cult cream of movies and television.
- Monitor and measure sea, air and road freight processes via internal and external systems, to identify cost-saving opportunities, supplying appropriate reporting to the relevant stakeholders.
- Day to day engagement with customs providers, freight forwarders and shipping partners, troubleshooting problems and delivering solutions.
- Work with the International Freight Manager to support the implementation of accurate, compliant and effective systems for the end-to-end imports, cross imports and exports processes.
- Prepare documentation for consignments when required.
- Deputize in the absence of the International Freight Manager.
- Query management - address supplier, forwarder, Buying Team and Editorial Team queries with timely responses, whilst monitoring for efficiency, quality and compliance
- Research into customs tariffs coding and to advise our supply chain partners of the information to ensure timely freight dispatches.
- To provide Accounts, FP Buying and Titan Publishing with information as required.
- Generating and circulating scheduled and ad hoc reports in an accurate and timely way.
- Liaising with IT as required.

**Essential**
- Demonstrable command of Google Workspace, and Excel skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities within extremely tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail

**Desirable**
- Basic knowledge of imports/exports
- Understanding of supply chain

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
