We are recruiting for 2 Client servicing administrators to join a busy Insurance company based just outside Bordon. This role is a dedicated administration support to the client servicing team.

This role will suit someone who is seeking a career development role or someone who is looking to work in a admin role for the foreseeable.

This is a full time office based role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional client service and support
- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and files
- Perform data entry tasks to update client information in the system
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Strong clerical and office skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Proficient in computerized systems and data entry
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred

Pay: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
