**Salary: £22,217 - £25,247**

Compass Support is looking to recruit a new Social Prescription Link Worker to increase our presence and enhance the great work that we do within GP practices in the north of Birmingham.
The Link Worker role is incredibly valuable and often involves supporting people through the most challenging times of their lives.
The services eases the pressure on the NHS and allows patients to receive a wide range of support in a timely manner.
Patient engagement is through face-to-face appointments in GP surgeries and telephone consultations.
We need a confident self-starter who can easily build strong relationships with a variety of health and social care professionals.
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
You will need to be proactive and organised with the ability to manage a busy workload.
This role is a fixed term contract until 31st January 2024.
