Carnell have an exciting position for a Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing and Communications team. The main purpose of this role is to support the Customer and Communications Manager with internal and external communications.

Although previous experience in a similar role would be desirable, this role would be suitable for someone who is eager to learn, adaptable and able to use their own initiative.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**

**Marketing / External Communications**
- Creating social media (primarily Linkedin but also Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok) posts.
- Creating engaging written and visual material
- Sourcing information and photos from colleagues and third-parties,
- Website editing (using WordPress content management system) and populating with information
- Creating promotional brochures, case studies, banners and posters.
- Video editing (cropping and merging videos and adding simple graphics).

**Internal Communications**
- Designing posters / screensavers as desired by various departments in the business to create awareness of information, campaigns and initiatives. This will extend to the use of MS Office software including Sway, Forms, Publisher as well as Canva or software to suit.

**Administration**
- Arranging hospitality events (working with the accounts team and external agencies to book stands, tables, hotel rooms).
- Creating reports and presentations.
- Supporting the business team as necessary with social value and other activities.

**Education/Qualification**
- Marketing or Business qualification would be desirable

**Other**
- To undertake other miscellaneous activities/project work deemed appropriate for the role of Marketing Assistant to assist with the efficient operation of the business.
- Deal with sensitive information with discretion, always maintaining confidentiality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
